Call BlackLine provides hope and promotes social justice for individuals, families and communities (Black, Brown and Indigenous, LGBTQI, gender non-comforming peoples in particular) through immediate crisis counseling and collecting information on negative police, consumer, and vigilante contact in the U.S. and Canada.

Executive Summary
The Call BlackLine Mobile Application is an iOS and Android application that allows users to share their personal experiences by submitting written testimonials, and create accounts to access texting and calling features. The app also has a Resources Page that acts as a centralized location for users to access all CBL resources.
